Classes for first-timers, busy parents and returning athletes. You'll learn real technique from a black belt coach, with no pressure to spar or compete.
✓ Any three classes in two weeks ✓ Sparring optional
✓ Athletic clothes are fine

Every adult class starts with a warm-up and a technique you can actually use.
Try both and see which one you like.

Traditional jiu jitsu in the kimono. Grips make it a little slower and more strategic, which many beginners like.

Rash guard and shorts, no gi grips. A faster pace that builds movement, timing and body awareness.

Women train in every class and are paired by size and experience. Ask about women's-only sessions.

WHAT A CLASS LOOKS LIKE
Movement drills that build the mobility jiu jitsu uses.
Your coach demonstrates and breaks down a technique, then helps each pair get it right.
Controlled drilling with a partner. Live rolling comes later and only when you're ready.
CLASS TIMES
MEMBERSHIP
Month-to-month. All scheduled classes, 24-hour member access and the recovery room.
First-degree black belt under Robert Drysdale, IBJJF Master World Champion (No-Gi, brown belt) and UFC BJJ veteran. In class, he cares most about how you move and whether you're improving.

No. Many people start jiu jitsu as adults. Classes are paced so you can learn safely and build up over time.
Safety is our priority. Controlled drilling and pacing mean you can train safely without feeling overwhelmed, and sparring is always optional.
Most students feel comfortable with basic positions and escapes within their first 2–3 months of consistent training.
Not for your trial classes. Athletic clothes like shorts and a t-shirt or rash guard are completely fine. We'll help you get a gi when you're ready.
Any three adult classes, Gi or No-Gi, within two weeks of claiming your pass.
